Clintonville Private Home

We restored and installed a variety of different windows to prepare this home for its new owners. It was originally built with wood windows that had at some point been replaced by vinyl. When the vinyl failed, we built new double-hung true divided lite windows and converted them back to weight and rope. At the owner's request, we removed the old vinyl windows and jambs and converted them back to the original pulley-operated windows. We also refurbished the hinge-style casement windows you see here.

Additionally, we switched out all the glass in the new bathroom unit to tempered glass, as required by code (not shown).
